Team Withdrawals -
Standard Withdrawal policies are:
Any team wishing to withdraw from the tournament must notify the tournament director in writing.
Team withdrawals received at least 14 days prior to the tournament will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Team withdrawals received 7 - 13 days prior to the tournament will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Team withdrawals received within 6 days of the tournament will not receive a refund.
If the weather during travel prevents a team from participating they must contact the tournament director immediately, they may be entitled to a credit towards the following year's tournament.
If the tournament is unable to run on the scheduled date, all teams will have their registrations rolled over to the following year's tournament and will not be subject to any additional tournament fees (i.e. if they increase).
