REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT INCLUDES THIS LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

By agreeing to the Event Policies you give up your right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any personal injury or property damage however caused arising out of your participation in the Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCA of Greater Waterville at the Alfond Youth & Community Center (herein known as AYCC) Programs, now or at any tim in the future.
Alcohol at the tournament site may only be consumed by adults ages 21 and over and all alcohol must be purchased on site.
